“I bought two pairs maybe a couple years ago and loved them so much I bought two more and unfortunately the angle is not consistent but I still like them and they work just fine”

“I love the products , I just wish we could buy one size in the Little Y’s because I use a ton of 13’s and am buying a mix set just for the 13’s which makes it expensive. New Alchemist is great.”
“The only suggestion I would like to make is that it would be helpful if each strip in the sable lash trays had a curl indicator, in addition to the length indicator. Currently, only the length is marked on each strip, and the curl is only marked on the tray itself. It would be more convenient if each strip had both the curl and length indicators, as this would eliminate the need for me to write down the curl for each strip. Given the price of these trays, I believe this would be a valuable addition.”
“I live for their favorite cashmere lashes, they are so soft and my tweezers pick them up nicely and they fan perfectly. I do wish shipping was faster but they are consistent with their shipping times and I have never had any issues or late items”
“I recently got a new alchemist adhesive. Not going to be my favorite. It takes too long to set for volume or single lash. Doesn't dry fast enough. Especially impossible to use with premaid fans. I will go back to O!mega adhesive with a turquoise top. Seems perfect for Florida climate.

“No better compliment than to be referred to by another artist, Great quality, wide variety. The only thing that would make this a five star instead of a four star would be availability. It seems the most popular sizes are out for longer than a week at a time, which makes a big difference when clients are coming every two weeks. Still love this brand though!”
“I like this glue. The only thing is that the recommended temperature and humidity isn’t always the best. You need to have a back up glue just in case.”

“I love LBLA, but lately have had some quality control issues and was sent a discount offer that was better than my adhesive subscription, so in order to get the discount for adhesive, I had to cancel my auto-order temporarily. Maybe in the future, auto-orders automatically get the current discount being offered to everyone if the date of their auto-order is during the sale/discount code?
Regarding quality control, the last 2 orders I've received of CC lashes were relatively straight and looked a lot more like C. Also, several cases of easy-fans have extra adhesive on the strips that has to be scraped off before you can dip and apply them.
Overall product quality, options and packaging are great - this is just some recent concerns.”

“Love the Mocha lashes. I have tried .03 and .07 Lash Box never misses however the mixed tray sizing is inconvenient. If you use longer length you will need to buy two trays for one full set just to be safe if you use longer lengths.”
