“Very easy to use and looks much more natural than strip lashes. It is also much more affordable than lash extensions. Unfortunately I have not had a ton of luck getting my lashes to stay on for more than two days. Showering with these lashes is not an option. I’ve read several other reviews that says the adhesive included in the control kit is not as effective as other adhesives offered by Lashify. I am going to give it one more shot using the stronger charcoal adhesive. If I could go back in time I would not have ordered the control kit but ordered the separate components.”

To be fair, artificial glue on nails don't last more than a week for me- but I'm a hairdresser and my hands are always in water. So, I'm assuming it's just me. “I am on my 5th attempt to make Lashify for for me. It is a VEY challenging process to get them on and to have them stay. I now understand why there are so many forums, videos, and information online. I do think they look pretty, but I have yet to master the technique without adhesive visible and to make them stay more than a few days. I was disappointed in the control kit as I thought everything was included in it that I needed to apply the lashes. My disappointment came on the FIRST step which was to pre-cleanse and that was not included - not even a sample! Nor was there any of the Melt Away included to remove the lashes. I ended up having to order more products to finally get my first set on - because I wanted to follow the instructions exactly! My first attempt was a disaster! I ordered the ginger intimate lashes to try because I am a redhead (I will never use the black lashes that came with the control kit!) . I wanted to use the white WL, but it was a mess trying to use the double sided tube (one had the spoolie in black and the other the brush tip in white). I understand less is more, and tried to use only a small amount, but I guess I ended up having too adhesive which then I didn't know how to get off. My natural lashes were all stuck together and you could see the adhesive mess through the gossamers. The second attempt was a bit better and lasted 2 days, but I still didn't think they looked that great, but at least, I had them on. I hate that I have to do so much research about the products and figure out tips about application. The amount of time I have spent researching is insane!! I wanted this product to help save time and money, but I have put so much time and effort and I still feel defeated. I am about to try my 5th attempt and will probably do the 1:1 call to talk with an expert. I read on one of the forums, it took one woman 10 tries, and at this point, I have so much invested that I am determined to make it work. BUT, unless you are a professional or really lucky, it takes A LOT of skill to get everything perfect. Be prepared to read online all the different opinions, watch a ton of videos, etc. to learn all the lingo (lash mapping, lockdown, double bonding, stacking, etc.) I want to love this product and give it 5 stars, but the fact that it is so challenging and takes so many products to apply and maintain, I am only giving it 3 stars. I wish the process was more simple and easy for the average wearer. I am disappointed with my initial experience. I don't know if I will get this to work for me on a daily basis. That's my honest opinion. If I had known going in how difficult it would be, I would not have ordered. I am hoping I can get it to work eventually and not feel so defeated. I am disappointed so far...”

We're sorry to hear this! The Gossamers are not designed or intended for reuse, they are meant to be worn for up to 7-10 days, depending on what level of application you are currently on (1-4 days for level one, 5-7 for level 2 and 7-10 for level 3). For most new users after about 3 applications, they start to get better at the application process and can increase their longevity.

“Shipping and packaging is always great! The lashes themselves are a hit or miss, due to a lot of inconsistencies between orders of the same lash style. Ex: Some Fluffies are super dense and well fanned out and others are much narrower in width and don't spread out despite my best efforts.
Regardless, I keep ordering bc the packaging and automatic delivery is super convenient.”
