I'm sorry to hear this! You did order the most natural style, but all style are offered in many different lengths so there is something for everyone. We offer standard sizes in the kits so clients can get started and quickly learn what works best, but if you like the lashes, and just need shorter options we offer 8mm and 10mm lashes as well

We're sorry to hear this! Lashify can be worn for 7-10 days with proper application and care, but there may be a little learning curve. Things like oils, silicone or glycerin an also play a part in decreased wear-time. “I’ve been applying strip lashes to myself and clients for years, and while I love the system (under the lash, small pieces) I’m incredibly disappointed with the adhesives. I’ve watched many videos, but I can’t get the same hold that I can with a common lash glue.
The gossamers are great and so light, but I’ve resorted to using my own glue on them.”

“This last delivery, the lashes I got are falling apart very easily when I pull them out of the glossamer. I’ve gone through half of a glossamer of just waste because they fall apart :(”
