I'm sorry to hear this! For many clients, they stay in level one (1-4 days of wear time) for a few applications while they learn the system and what works best for them. Then they move on to level 2 where they can achieve 5-7 days of wear!
There are a few things that can decrease longevity. The amount of bond layers, oils, improper placement, too much bond, or not fusing enough or properly.

“I really love Lashify! It’s a fantastic product! However, I think they need to expand on the understanding of how the Luxe-Box works. Since it is the most accessible on the navigation bar, I had been creating a Luxe Box for each order. Little did I know I had been creating several different repeating orders. User error, I know. I should have been more cognizant. But now I have to manage several different recurring boxes, not able to cancel one until 2 orders later. I had emailed the concierge about this to no avail. I really love Lashify, but I really wish customer service was better.”

We do suggest all clients start with the Control Kit. Which is what I see you purchases, so that is all that you need to start!
Because our bond is very different than strip glue or extension glues, it doesn't fully harden or cure and remains flexible. This also means only a very small amount is needed.
Once you've applied 2-3 times, you will be able to do it more and more quickly and you can absolutely wear with glasses. You just may need shorter length options like 8mm and 10mm.

“It’s been almost 3 weeks since I started using lashify and I am still on the fence about the system. I was able to get 4 days of wear - started at 1.5 days and got better after 1 on 1 with Nikki (she is the reason why this is not a 1 star review). I noticed that corners and ends always lift off after 1-2 days of wear, so I don’t attach any gossamers on the corners or ends anymore. That’s why I was able to get 4 days of wear. The humidity and hot weather also weakens the bond. I can live with 4 days, but the 4 day scenario is only during normal days where I just go to work and stay home. I went to the lake, the gossamers didn’t hold up. I am going on a vacation at the end of the month, and I am not confident that it will hold up through the lake, beach and amusement parks. It’s too unreliable.”
“I really like the concept and idea. The lashes were super comfortable and easy to apply. However I barely got more than a day wear. Original bond, not very long lasting. Going to try the stronger bond. Also 3 stars but I could not find my subscription membership online to try and change some things. Kinda concerning. Will keep trying. Kinda overpriced, but not bad. Still like actual extensions better.”

I was disappointed that he lux box didn't contain samples of the melt away or pre cleanse and had to order both before starting, which was very frustrating. There is also a huge learning curve on applying them. I do love the end result and am very motivated to get better applying them so they last longer than 2 days!”
“I love Lashify and have used it for over a year now. I go back and forth with B’s and D’Souza mostly. I love the system and have been very happy until recently. Over the past 4-6 months-ish, I have noticed a change in the quality of the gossamers. I have had several that are in-usable in each cartridge due to them being clumped together or bent weird ways that wouldn’t brush out. I’ve had to throw several gossamers away out of each cartridge my last couple shipments. Hoping this resolves or I will likely stop using the system.”
“I love the lashes but I'm a bit spoiled with extensions that stay on for two to 3 weeks. And I swim a lot, so these don't work for that. Even though I’m going back to extensions I would buy these again if they had better glue.”

We're so sorry to this! Because our bond is very different, a little trial and error is normal. If you apply too much, apply the Gossamers on or to close to the waterline, don't fuse enough, or oils from product used or your natural skin can all play a part in longevity.
