I'm sorry to hear this! For many clients, they stay in level one (1-4 days of wear time) for a few applications while they learn the system and what works best for them. Then they move on to level 2 where they can achieve 5-7 days of wear!
There are a few things that can decrease longevity. The amount of bond layers, oils, improper placement, too much bond, or not fusing enough or properly.

We're very sorry to hear this! Because the bond and system are very unique, a little trial and error is normal. Our bonds do not cure fully or harden like normal strip glues or extension bonds. It remains flexible. We would love to help!

Since it is the most accessible on the navigation bar, I had been creating a Luxe Box for each order. Little did I know I had been creating several different repeating orders. User error, I know. I should have been more cognizant. But now I have to manage several different recurring boxes, not able to cancel one until 2 orders later. I had emailed the concierge about this to no avail.
