“I love lashify. I use bondage and have tried all kinds of different methods but still don’t ever get more that 2 days. If I sweat, forget it. They immediately come off. Can you make something with more longevity?”

I had high hopes. And I genuinely prefer the look of the gossamer lashes. But Lashify is not a replacement for salon extensions, not by a long shot.
If you like routine and pampering yourself, go for it. Im the type of person who got salon extensions to reduce time in my routine. Even with bondage and the different bonding techniques and avoiding sleeping on your lashes and avoiding water and avoiding oil products, Lashify requires constant upkeep and maintenance. Daily reapplication of a single gossamer lash here, two or three there. It’s too much work for those of us who get extensions for the simplicity.
Great for a special event or if you want to do daily looks. Or if your lashes get damaged by extensions (mine don’t - single application lashes, no fans = less weight.) Really beautiful lashes, truly. But no where near a replacement for extensions, as it won’t save you time or money. In fact, at the rate I was going, it was gonna cost me way more long term than extensions.”
“I love the lashify product but I think customer service needs improvement. I called over a week ago for a consult and never got a response. Really disappointing, product has held lashes for 2 nights so far, but if customer service was on point then it would be a game changer.”
“I have a hard time writing this because I’m an avid Lashify gossamer wearer. I don’t remove them even to sleep or shower and exchange them out every few weeks (yes, mine last that long-literally been wearing the same ones for 2 weeks now with no signs of real wear) or replace ones that fall off…or bond ones back that come loose from time to time.
My complaint is that yes, you have great customer service, BUT I will no longer be ordering products in mass due to the fact that I need more at one time because I don’t know my travel schedule (over $100 on last two orders) because YOU WONT LET ME PUT INSURANCE ON MY PRODUCTS. That’s ridiculous because I’ve had 3 orders lost…not my fault and probably not your fault…but who can I blame when it’s USPS that lost my package??! I can’t even blame the people who lost it with no insurance!!! You say you aren’t responsible for lost or damaged packages because you did your part, however, when you don’t allow people to get insurance on a package, IT’S 100% your fault. Those are the facts. Let us get insurance, and I promise more people would spend over $100 on orders. It’s too risky, though, without insurance.
In FACT, one of my orders was lost by USPS that I DID get insurance on because it wasn’t a subscription order, and I disputed the charge when you wouldn’t give me my money back. You then deleted my account and all my points (which how the f*** do you even use those) even though I DROPPED THE DISPUTE BECAUSE THE INSURANCE CORRECTED IT…never got my points back.
Good customer service. Good products. BAD business practices.”
“The lashes do not stay as long as I had thought they would. I don't understand why bondage is not included in the first kit..now I have a whole tube of glue I will never use. I would also think it would encourage people to continue using lashify beyond the first kit. Easy to access, quick videos on how to apply would be appreciated. Even bondage does not hold the lashes as long as I was hoping.”
“Beautiful lash, unfortunately my eyes are very small and these are a little over powering and too long for me. If you have small eyes I would suggest sticking to 11mm-12mm”
“I love the beautiful lashes and how quick and easy it is to apply. However, I cannot get longer than 3-4 days without them falling off despite double and triple bonding with glass. I cannot wash my face effectively without them falling off as well.”
“Been going back and forth with Lashify they are hands down the best lashes that look natural but I’ve been having problems with them lasting more than a day. I ordered some goggles for sleeping and showers hopefully this will give them a few more days of longevity.”
“I could not do it. I spent quite a while working with the lashes, watched How-To videos, read reviews that contained tips. In the end, it was not a good look. I may try again sometime. For now, I have shelved the whole thing for later consideration. I may need shorter lashes or one of the other bonding agents, but I hesitate to sink more $$ into this.”
“I find that they fell off after one or two days. I have tried them several times and followed directions to the letter. I am a trained cosmetologist so I have never had a hard time getting lashes on. They looked beautiful, just didn’t last like advertised”
“As of now I have mixed emotions with my new Lashify purchase. I wanted to love these lashes so bad, and I do like them alot. The lashes look natural, they are easy to apply and are very comfortable. My only issue is making them last. Unfortunately I'm unable to make them last more than a day. I purchased multiple sets of lashes and have wasted 3 sets trying to keep them on my face. I recently purchased the night bond and sadly this didn't help either. At this point I'm $200 in and down 3 sets of lashes in less than a month. I plan on scheduling a 1 on 1 to see if maybe I'm doing something wrong. Fingers crossed that this works. I really want to love them and also hope I didn't waste my money. :-(”
