“I bough the black luxe box sometime back and truly do love it and Lashify...I wanted an extra for travel so I ordered the white luxe box. Well, with the black interior of the box you can not see the lashes when in the box. I find it extremely frustrating!”

“I love lashify but the ordering system needs updating and needs to be simplified. The fact that I have to scroll so much to find the lash I want to add to my cart is frustrating. There should be drop down menus for each style’s length, instead of a different listing per length. Anyway, just a thought. It’s literally the only thing I don’t like about lashify.”
“I was getting lash extensions every two weeks, paying a membership fee, and being diligent about cleaning/maintenance. It was frustrating as my extensions were hardly lasting until the next session. I decided to give it a rest and let my natural lashes grow back. I tried Lashify thinking it would be another fail (the magnetic was a total no for me), but I was so wrong! Lashify was so impressive I immediately told everyone I had previously sold on my lash studio (who are also having retention problems). Lashify is so much easier than I thought, and I slept with the set bonded and they are still perfectly laid out and strongly attached. I bought a different gossamer immediately and it is as quick as applying mascara and eyeliner so I am sold. Just don’t forget to buy the remover; it comes separately from the starter kit (hence the sleeping with them).”
“I love my Lashify Subscription; however, I would rather NOT pay for the box & stuffing of the X Luxe-Box subscription. The reason is because it is wasteful when the 5 gossamers I purchase each month could be placed in a smaller box.”

“They look nice and I enjoy the customization. I like playing around with looks and dont mind the trial and error but they do not last long. I've purchased the charcoal glue too and use the glass as well and find that I can only keep them 2-3 more days before they fall off in the shower. I wanted to be a loyal customer because I'm allergic to other glues that professionals use but I have run through 2 sets (4 disks) of lashes in less than a month. I can afford to buy them more often but I have an active life and don't have time to reapply ever few days. Very sad about this.”
“I have had individual lash extensions and was hoping Lashify would satisfy that feeling and look of having professional done lashes. Lashify was very easy to apply and I think by having them placed at the bottom of the lash line, made them look more natural looking then other glue lashes. But I haven’t been able to keep them to stay on for longer than 18hours.”
“I love the lashes and tools/bonds etc. I wish that all of the packaging that they were placed in was recycleable. I don't need a fancy box every month, I wouldn't mind if there was less packaging because the product is already great.
I also wish that the luxe boxes were a little less expensive (especially for repeat customers).”
