Very disappointed. I paid for expedited shipping and it still arrived late. Did not remove one lash and barely removed eye makeup. Caused redness and irritation. When I requested a refund I was told there are no refunds despite this not being stated when making the purchase. Will not purchase from this company again and will share poor customer service experience.

I had an almost impossible time putting these on abs even my lash tech who does my extensions had a hard time and they fell right off after one night of sleeping on them .. I almost wanna ask for a refund even though I opened the case and used some but I’m so upset I tried for over an hour to get them on

I was very excited to learn that you ship internationally however that is absolutely not true because customs in Mexico blocked the package. Apparently some documents had to be sent from your end which never happened. So my order was sent back. In the meantime I tried contact you by text message, no answer, then through Instagram again no answer and finally through the concierge email. And many days later Paypal issued me a refund.

I would have probably loved them after the reviews I read, but unfortunately I didn't received them, the courier somehow had a problem returned them, didn't bother to contact me. The first thing I knew was when I was advised I had been given a refund. I have since bought others hopefully as good with my refund.
