“I've been using Lashify since April of 2020 and had a wonderful experience until the last 5-6 months or so. The products seem to be diminishing and not holding up as well as in the past. The last couple of bonds I've received have not been holding and I am having to reapply and fix my lashes daily instead of weekly. The bond leaks out of the container as well. The lashes aren't as durable and the last wand I received is a little misaligned so it doesn't grab the lashes or fuse properly. I keep hoping with each new shipment that it will imorove but I'm sad to say I might not be able to use the product much longer because it has become so time consuming.”
“Great product. Website is extremely hard to use and product comes in excessive plastic packaging. It always makes me reconsider shopping with you. Please consider being more eco friendly.”
“Lately my lashes are starting to fall out alot. And I'm not referring to glue, there glued on & there falling apart. Also when I take out of gossamer there coming apart or lashes turn & do not have the nice lash look. Lashes would last me up to 7 days, now in 3 days I'm having to change them out. Are you going with cheaper quality lashes?”
“They were nice, quality lashes. However, I found I didn't like them as much as I liked the similar style designed by Kiss "falscara," especially for the price difference. I expected more.”
“I love that I can apply my own lashes and they look amazing. I just hate that I spent so much money for them to not last more than 3 days no matter what I do to apply them the best I can.”
“I love lashify but the ordering system needs updating and needs to be simplified. The fact that I have to scroll so much to find the lash I want to add to my cart is frustrating. There should be drop down menus for each style’s length, instead of a different listing per length. Anyway, just a thought. It’s literally the only thing I don’t like about lashify.”
“They look nice and I enjoy the customization. I like playing around with looks and dont mind the trial and error but they do not last long. I've purchased the charcoal glue too and use the glass as well and find that I can only keep them 2-3 more days before they fall off in the shower. I wanted to be a loyal customer because I'm allergic to other glues that professionals use but I have run through 2 sets (4 disks) of lashes in less than a month. I can afford to buy them more often but I have an active life and don't have time to reapply ever few days. Very sad about this.”
“I like the packaging very classy, when it comes to the lashes itself it was kinda ok'ing my inner lid so I stopped using it and when back to glue lashes.
Wish I never spent $160 but worth the try!”
“While it’s easy to put on but they come off after a day or two. If u don’t reuse them it’s very pricey. I was looking for something that would last while being affordable. The lashes prob cost $1 to make so to charge so much isnt easy on the wallet, Or mine at least. I’ve already spent $236. My friend spent $300 and hers came off as mine did even with the night bond. I joked that we need to buy goggles when we take a shower.”
“I received my lashify control kit and the lashes came off the first day. They looked pretty but the moment I took my shower they all came out. I didn’t even get my face wet. I’m not sure why that happened and trying to get some support.”
