Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this! Because the bond is so unique, and not like strip lash glue or extension bonds, a little trial and error is normal. The bond does not fully cure or harden and remains flexible. This creates a cushion of protections between the natural lashes and the bond, and allows the bond to mold to the natural lashes and Gossamers as well to create a long lasting hold. If too much bond is applied, or the spine of the Gossamers are applied on or too close to the waterline, the bond can not set and fusing won't adhere them properly.

“I think these lashes are great if you have time to do them and clean them also if you don’t wear glasses. It’s kind of unclear what you will need to buy ahead of time I wish there was a kit that just had everything in it. It was good but I think the lashes get too goopy for me when I try to re apply”

We do suggest all clients start with the Control Kit. Which is what I see you purchases, so that is all that you need to start!
Because our bond is very different than strip glue or extension glues, it doesn't fully harden or cure and remains flexible. This also means only a very small amount is needed.
Once you've applied 2-3 times, you will be able to do it more and more quickly and you can absolutely wear with glasses. You just may need shorter length options like 8mm and 10mm.

“I've been using Lashify for a year and a half now and I love it. It saves me a lot of time and money compared to getting my lashes done at the salon, and it doesn't ruin my natural lashes like those professional extensions used to. My only complains are that the packaging for my monthly boxes have a lot of paper and plastic waste, the individual gossamers are sometimes difficult to remove from the little pods they come in, and the website is difficult to navigate when changing my subscription items every month and trying to purchase extra items such as gossamer cases etc. One month I received only 4 of the 5 gossamers I ordered. Overall, I've recommended Lashify to over 10 coworkers and friends and they all love it.”

“It’s been almost 3 weeks since I started using lashify and I am still on the fence about the system. I was able to get 4 days of wear - started at 1.5 days and got better after 1 on 1 with Nikki (she is the reason why this is not a 1 star review). I noticed that corners and ends always lift off after 1-2 days of wear, so I don’t attach any gossamers on the corners or ends anymore. That’s why I was able to get 4 days of wear. The humidity and hot weather also weakens the bond. I can live with 4 days, but the 4 day scenario is only during normal days where I just go to work and stay home. I went to the lake, the gossamers didn’t hold up. I am going on a vacation at the end of the month, and I am not confident that it will hold up through the lake, beach and amusement parks. It’s too unreliable.”
