I bought these socks in June 3rd of that year. I also bought other brands of compression socks at the same time. 3 1/2 months later the lasso socks have lost their compression. I have maybe worn them 15 times. The other pairs that are cheaper have not. I contacted the company and they told me that they will loose their compression over time. I understand that but 3 1/2 months later!? They are high end compression socks! They offered me a 25% discount on my next purchase! Guess what I will not be buying anything from them! Thanks for nothing and proof customer service has died.

I ordered my lasso socks (and paid for them in June). I have been in contact with the company multiple times but it is now mid September and I have still not received my order. And they continue to ignore my request for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered two pairs of Marble Crew socks in May 2021 and I still have not received my order. I have been e-mailing back and forth with someone from customer service, but I still can't get a straight answer on when I will get my order. I only get a generic e-mail on more or less when I will get it. Do NOT order from this company.

Website says 1-3 days to ship. After waiting 2 weeks with no update or shipment it was apparent my order was ignored. Emailed requesting immediate shipment or a refund and they canceled the order. SHADY company DO NOT recommend.

After many promises my socks that I have paid for have still not arrived. I starting to believe this company is a fraud.
