“Sadly the customer service is unreliable. Wanted to purchase a super king mattress and needed to speak with an agent for advice/guidance. After waiting on call for period of time, got transferred to voicemail. Left my details and requested a callback, but disappointingly, 3 days later, never happened. Maybe thats a good things, as now realise the risks of purchasing where the customer service is poor to non existent.”
