My experience of my purchase from Lawnsmith was mixed.
Dealing with Lawnsmith was good, but the delivery via FedEx was abysmal, the original supply didn't arrive and the FedEx tracking system was not fit for purpose. a message saying an update would be later, which never happened and an autimated phone response which never answered the questions asked was the last resort. After phoning Lawnsmith on the assumption that they could actually speak to a real person at FedEx I actually got a result. A promise of a fresh delivery which arrived exactly as promised.”

I would like to reassure you that the product you received is not faulty. We’ve recently upgraded to a new supplier, and while the texture may appear slightly different from what you’re used to, the product itself remains unchanged in terms of quality and effectiveness. Each batch is thoroughly tested, and we’ve found that it performs just as reliably. Typically, after a few minutes of stirring in lukewarm water, the product fully dissolves as expected.

“My lawn was looking very sad after a hot dry summer. After scarifying and reseeding my lawn I applied Lawnsmiths treatment for seed followed by their Autumn feed and now have a beautiful luxuriant lawn. I’m really pleased and will probably repeat next year”

“Disappointed with results. Very patchy, a lot of seeds have simply not germinated despite good soil (new loam) and being kept damp, and average soil temps around 13-14 degrees over a 3-4 wk period.
Very disappointed given effort that went into prepping existing lawn for overseeding and getting coverage on patchy bare areas.”
