This is not the service we expect any of our customers to receive and deliveries should only be made when someone is at the home or premises. I will raise this with the courier and I have alco reached out privately to resolve this matter further.
“My 1st purchase from this company.
I wasn't going to be in for delivery and therefore ticked the box to leave behind the gate( helpful if you could type out where you want it leaving)
Luckily the product was inside a strong plastic bag and unaffected by the heavy rain.
I applied the autumn treatment yesterday and already can see that the lawn looks greener.
I also ordered a winter feed to be applied as weather permits in December.
I will continue to order products from this company, if early results continue.”
