“Wrong item sent. Overwhelming proof. Refund denied
asked seller to send me a link for massage chair which massages and heats all body parts. Followed the sellers link which clearly shows that hot air compression is included for all body parts and neck, arm, hand, and leg massage is included. Ordered the chair but got a chair which does not have any heat (seller claims the back is heated), there is no compression massage, and missing are neck, arm, hand, and leg massage. The picture proof showing the communication, product description (with the standard model that the seller sent chosen), and pictures of the features that are not available.
1. Seller claims the wrong model was chosen. Wrong. Customer followed seller link and the standard mode was the model sent and product description and pictures for standard model show ALL features
2. Seller claims the package was opened and chair installed so no refund is possible. Another lie as the product description states "no installation" required. The box obviously has to be opened and chair taken out to inspect it.
3. Lazada has dropped the ball on this one and is supporting false advertising and a potential scam seller”
