This is the wiorst company. Walang magawang tulong ang customer service sa customer. Ako daw ang mali kasi di ako nag chat sa seller. Tama daw ang seller kasi nakasulat naman ang description.

They have an ongoing great prices and guaranteed timely delivery which is a "click bait". Once you decide to order, then the delivery date changes this showing their incompetence. But you have already ordered, it's either you wait it out of dismay or cancel it. But wait again if you paid it out using your card then you will be stumped because now it will take days if lucky or weeks up to 45 days before your refund. And while in transit, again the delivery date may change with the "were very sorry mambo jumbo dialog" Good luck with this platform.

I bought a sack (25 kg) white pebbles for PHP499/sack. What the seller sent me is a small packet of pebbles, which I can buy here at garden store here in Bacoor for PHP150, same size of small parcel of pebbles the seller, DoorsGarden, delivered to me. Will never purchase from Lazada because of this. I feel cheated. Never trust Lazada again.

This company reeks incompetence fron the couriers to the customer service and greedy top management!! I DONT WANT A REFUND!! I WANT MY ORDER DELIVERED!! HOW ARE YOU NOT UNDERSTANDING THIS?? THE INCOVENIENCE YOUVE COST AND THE TIME IVE WASTED DUE TO THIS WHOLE THING, IT SHOULD BE MORE THAN A REFUND!!! Everyone will know about this incompetence!.. look at these faces And their names. They keep changing the names of the courier as if theyre hinding something after multiple delivery attempts!!!

Bad company with the worst business ethics. Worst customer and courier service among all apps. Their courier gives the parcel to unknown people with no consent from the buyer. Their courier also don't deliver the package but will put their reason as, "the customer refused the parcel". Even if you report this, they will do nothing. They will reply with AI-generated messages and will never provide an actual human reply. I was waiting for the parcel for two days when it was announced that there will be an attempt to deliver it. They didn't even try to deliver, just returned the parcel to the owner.

Lazada becomes worse and worse every day!! 😡🤬👎😩 2 Times In the last 2 weeks they offered HUGE discounts on Puma Philippines items!! 5 days after the item is shipped with the worst and slowest delivery service ( Ninja), LAZADA SUDDENLY CANCELED THE ORDER WITH NO VALID REASON!! 🤬🤬😡😡👎👎 There Cs is NON EXISTENT!!😡🤬🤬👎👎

They no longer have a live agent thru Lazada app, you need the contact the phn nmber which takes you 30 to almost 1 hour waiting period

In single word its fake So dont dont fall for it, i ordered total 300 plus products in last 2 month and got delivered only 12 and following up for return. They should be banned and face criminal cases for breach of trust and play with emotions of innocent customers

I'm so.confuse from Lazada in particular. ..when I search Item from goggle ..example i write .. "hydraulic tester kit" ..then it appears some images from Lazada..then I click..but it appears not the Item I goggled .ITS VERY ANNOYING...Most of the time I'll switch to Shopee... Whoever design this .Lazada its sucks.....I'm 55 yes old ang have less patience ..

Worst company in the Philippines. They will constantly not attempt to deliver the items and then return as failed delivery attempt. They are liars and lazy. Avoid using them. Shoppee and Amazon PH are far superior.

More than 2 weeks now and I still don't have my refund yet! More than 2 weeks since I filed for return after receiving a broken TV. I did multiple contacts already with their customer service and have been lied multiple times. Inconsistent answers and resolution. TV is already dropped off and no one seems to care about my concern anymore. No one will entertain me via chat and they stopped responding via email already. Spoke with seller said they can’t do anything on their end. Refund might take another 7 days or more which is very frustrating! LAZADA doesn’t care about their customers and only cares about money! Very disheartening considering this is my hard earned money and my first ever purchase with them.

The Lazada online platform works well, but it is then down to LEX to make the delivery..... 😭. The Angeles City (Bacolor) hub is very very poorly managed. I spend a lot of money with Lazada, but it may be time to use Shoppe. In the Lazada account setting I chose office rather than home for my address type, and clearly included 8-5 Mon-Fri, with NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES. Everytime the delivery guy fail, I ask if the read the label, and they say yes but their boss tells them to take the goods, even though the boos knows the delivery will fail. The attached shows a Gas Tank for my bike I have been waiting for.... Useless system here... LEX SUCKS

I ordered products from Lazada, order placed on 24 Mar 2024. When package arrived 31 Mar 2024 the parcel was broken. I returned the products Placed on 1 April 2024. on 3 April i got the following message from Lazada: We were unable to accept your return. We will ship the item back to you. Because of the parcel was broken they stated. So how should I have done different, repair the broken products before returning them? They offered me a 30% refund only, which I did not accept. Until today they only come with lame excuses. Rest assured, bla, bla, bla. I have done my last shopping @ Lazada. Their freight company (lex ph) and customer service is so very bad. Like

To all people who wants to buy things online especially LAZADA or yung isa may advice po na sa SM MALL or other Physical store nalang kayo bumili wag na wag po kayo bibili dyan dahil ang katotohanan dyan yung LAZZMALL na inaavertise nila ay di talaga lahat ay legit at some mostly fake. Ang katotohanan po dyan as a former seller para maging LAZZMALL member yung shop mo ay marami kang mabenta dapat. At napakabasura po ng customer chat support nila dyan lalong lalo na yung FINANCE Office magnanakaw ng seller payment. Meron din sila yan inside job kung saan pag mahal yung item na ipapaddala ng seller ay may kasabwat sila doon sa logistics para nakawin yung item at palitan ng ibang laman para masira yung seller at ma frustrate ka na kuhain yung refund. Ganyan po kasama yung department nila dyan especially yung Finance deparment nila dyan. Kaya advice ko wag nyo supportahan yang mga platform na yan dahil mga manloloko yan mga yan.

I love shopping in Lazada online but once you press “received” the item, they will not help you to return or refund and you must deal with the seller but unfortunately the seller will send you back to Lazada to process the return/refund. The “Received” button is deceiving so the Lazada won’t process the “return/refund and that is not acceptable at all!

Lazada must get rid of all the scammers on there platform and website Lazada your know there are scammers on your website do something about it or you will be as bad as the scammers now if is it not what I ordered from Lazada I will not accept it at all WAKE UP LAZADA
