“This is the worst e commerce website. There is no customer protection. I paid for my order from a seller IHome , which claimed to be 100% Authentic. It turned into a nightmare- my half items didn't come(whole order was for 1045 p )- the more expensive items weren't shipped, the seller said it could be courier partner who is responsible for missing items and that i should contact customer care and in my order history, it was only single button active "contact seller" Basically customer is a football for Lazada.when I message seller he suggested that should contact that i should contact customer care and when I raised refund claim , it was rejected...Almost 315 P were lost because despite my reporting missing item, my claim was rejected. One can't EVER reach out to Lazada customer care with call time ranging from 30 to 1 hour. Their Cleo their virtual assistant is most useless , never one can reach out for customer grievance. Seller and customer care, customer is a football for them. 2 missing items got refunded...but for 3 missing item, ( 2 set of glasses (12 ) worth 214 P and another set of spoons worth 108 P , was never refunded.”
“I ordered from Lazada for quite a few years and didn't have any bad experiences, until I needed their customer service. It's very, very bad.
An order was late and I asked them what happened. I chatted with 2 agents, and both of them were useless and couldn't answer simple questions about deliveey, warranty etc. All they did was apologising again and again, using the same words, like parrots.
If ever I will have to use Lazada, it will definitely only be with COD.”

But you have already ordered, it's either you wait it out of dismay or cancel it. But wait again if you paid it out using your card then you will be stumped because now it will take days if lucky or weeks up to 45 days before your refund. And while in transit, again the delivery date may change with the "were very sorry mambo jumbo dialog" Good luck with this platform.”

“Bad company with the worst business ethics. Worst customer and courier service among all apps. Their courier gives the parcel to unknown people with no consent from the buyer. Their courier also don't deliver the package but will put their reason as, "the customer refused the parcel". Even if you report this, they will do nothing. They will reply with AI-generated messages and will never provide an actual human reply.
I was waiting for the parcel for two days when it was announced that there will be an attempt to deliver it. They didn't even try to deliver, just returned the parcel to the owner.”

“More than 2 weeks now and I still don't have my refund yet! More than 2 weeks since I filed for return after receiving a broken TV. I did multiple contacts already with their customer service and have been lied multiple times. Inconsistent answers and resolution. TV is already dropped off and no one seems to care about my concern anymore. No one will entertain me via chat and they stopped responding via email already. Spoke with seller said they can’t do anything on their end. Refund might take another 7 days or more which is very frustrating! LAZADA doesn’t care about their customers and only cares about money! “The Lazada online platform works well, but it is then down to LEX to make the delivery..... ðŸ˜. The Angeles City (Bacolor) hub is very very poorly managed. I spend a lot of money with Lazada, but it may be time to use Shoppe.
In the Lazada account setting I chose office rather than home for my address type, and clearly included 8-5 Mon-Fri, with NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES.
Everytime the delivery guy fail, I ask if the read the label, and they say yes but their boss tells them to take the goods, even though the boos knows the delivery will fail.

“I ordered products from Lazada, order placed on 24 Mar 2024.
When package arrived 31 Mar 2024 the parcel was broken.
I returned the products Placed on 1 April 2024.
on 3 April i got the following message from Lazada: We were unable to accept your return. We will ship the item back to you.
Because of the parcel was broken they stated.
So how should I have done different, repair the broken products before returning them?
They offered me a 30% refund only, which I did not accept.
Until today they only come with lame excuses.
Rest assured, bla, bla, bla.
I have done my last shopping @ Lazada.
Their freight company (lex ph) and customer service is so very bad.

Ang katotohanan po dyan as a former seller para maging LAZZMALL member yung shop mo ay marami kang mabenta dapat.
