The seller returned my money but not the shipping that I shouldered, Lazada gave it back but in a form of Lazada rewards with 30 days expiration.

“Can't trust anything on this site. I expected this so have only paid COD. Their on time shipping is a joke they just change the goalposts with that. The couriers they use are even more of a joke. Soo many times the couriers say customer unreachable when they never made any attempt.

Seller refused to do the return and customer service is still playing a ridiculous cat an mouse game of asking for more photos and more information day after day. “Lazada allows their sellers to scam their customers, I purchased a product from a seller on Lazada the description said Taillight Cover and when I get it the product did cover anything, I message the seller with pictures and videos showing them that it doesn't cover anything, they tell me that it's garnish for the Taillight, and I came back and said the description says Taillight Cover and they refused to refund my money and on multiple occasions I chatted and emailed Lazada about the situation and they told me it was between me and the seller, they apologised for the seller misrepresented their product, I was a very good customer, but never again I have been cheated to many times by sellers on Lazada never again”

“Sharing my experience here with Lazada. Just a day ago I was scammed and a large amount of money was taken from my account to pay for a Lazada purchase that I did not make. I reached out to Lazada about this and they said they had already blocked the fraudulent user and refused to refund me my money. Shouldn't it be a common sense that one you blocked the account you should also cancel the transaction and refund the money?
I highly advised anyone reading this tobnot used Lazada. Lazada is now hosting scam and prioritizing them. So please be aware and don't let your self get scammed.”
“This is the worst e commerce website. There is no customer protection. I paid for my order from a seller IHome , which claimed to be 100% Authentic. It turned into a nightmare- my half items didn't come(whole order was for 1045 p )- the more expensive items weren't shipped, the seller said it could be courier partner who is responsible for missing items and that i should contact customer care and in my order history, it was only single button active "contact seller" Basically customer is a football for Lazada.when I message seller he suggested that should contact that i should contact customer care and when I raised refund claim , it was rejected...Almost 315 P were lost because despite my reporting missing item, my claim was rejected. One can't EVER reach out to Lazada customer care with call time ranging from 30 to 1 hour. Their Cleo their virtual assistant is most useless , never one can reach out for customer grievance. Seller and customer care, customer is a football for them. 2 missing items got refunded...but for 3 missing item, ( 2 set of glasses (12 ) worth 214 P and another set of spoons worth 108 P , was never refunded.”
“I ordered from Lazada for quite a few years and didn't have any bad experiences, until I needed their customer service. It's very, very bad.
An order was late and I asked them what happened. I chatted with 2 agents, and both of them were useless and couldn't answer simple questions about deliveey, warranty etc. All they did was apologising again and again, using the same words, like parrots.
If ever I will have to use Lazada, it will definitely only be with COD.”
