very bad customer service, after update the card on my account, the system is not auto taking the payment. they have completely stopped all my websites.
When I called them, the technical team don't understand anything, keep on asking my domain name. which I don't have any domain with them.
Simply PLEASE AVOID WITH THEM
When I called and complained about this Tony from the customer service said going forward they will not any reminder to make the payment, they will suspend without any emails.
They attempt to take the payment on 6 May at 03:32 (Bank Monday), I forget to update the new card details. on 7 May at 14:33 my service all of then is suspended.”
