“Ordered MICR toner two weeks ago , got an email stating it was delivered 2/27/25 . I never received the order. Now they tell me 7-10 days to investigate with FedX , I still don’t have the item, I paid and they refused to ship a replacement. Not happy so far !”
“I had an issue with compatibility between LD toner cartridges and Epson’s greed not allowing me to use third party materials. LD was responsive and made this a nonissue.”

“I have submitted a couple of orders, but their customer service cannot locate my account now. The customer service agent I talked today was Jessica. I appreciate her trying to answer my questions, but none of them made sense to me. To make the explanation I received shorter, my account has been simply disappeared from their system, even though I can still login. It sounds like there are some technical errors in their system, as I cannot update any information either. Fortunately, I chose a check payment for the last order, and this prevented me to lose money. I believe I SHOULD NOT send any checks to them until they find my account being alive.”
“I have been a customer with LD ink Products for over 20 years without a problem until now. With the high cost of printer cartridges I decided to try refill kits. I order two kits one color and one black. Two separate packages were received both containing Black refill kits, each different manufacturers. I have been corresponding with their customer service dept. at least 4 times without resolve. The person reviewing my problem does not seem to understand the problem and continues to tell me different information implying I got the correct ink. This has become very frustrating so I have decided to write this review in hopes someone at LD will read and get back to me with a satisfactory solution by sending me what I ordered (a color ink kit) for my Canon printer.”
