This design allows a slow descent and easy to stop mid-lift. A gamechanger. Nice to see some of the more forward thinking contractors here in the US now adopting the Big-Ben.”

I was slightly dubious about being transferred to another company "SHOP" to action the purchase, but that too was quick and simple.
The only concern i have (hence the 4/5) is being advised that due to the use of the shop app, I will need to download a separate app to track my order. I will do so as i need to, but having every task carried out in a separate place seems slightly excessive. Having said that, i cannot dely the service and standards of Leach's are always top-notch.”
