“Customer service from leaders courier VIPdelivery is absolutely horrendous . Doors arrived 72 hours after first "guaranteed appointment " with nobody answering phones to talk to . I'd advise don't use these again”

“Poor customer service when the wrong doors were delivered. No urgency to put this right. When they did arrive there was a brace missing.
2 sets of garage doors and a single door all under coated twice and top coated twice and these doors have all warped. Parts are laminated and its falling apart. VERY poor quality fir the 1300 quid cost.”
“Door took far longer to arrive then dates given. Customer service slow (if reply even came) and evasive. Spent far to long trying to get answers in the end used Resolver (Martin Lewis Website). Door when it finally appeared was fine.”
