“At first there was a mix up with my order but once it was resolved and I received my order I was happy with product and was happy with the company I would buy from leader stores again kind regards ms lazarou”

“Absolutely abysmal service as goods not in stock and not available until June so I cancelled and was told that the credit would be issued on Aril 1st and this has still not been processed on May 1st although Ihave been told in is being dealt with.This will now be dealt with by the credit card I would never buy from them again and would suggest now one buys from them”

“To be honest I dont have the doors yet as the company delivering them is useless. I know thats not your fault but in future I would pick a parcel company who gives more options than it having to be between 8 or 6 and they dont ring half hour before. I cant get the time off work so have not been in to receive my parcel. TNT tld me on both occasions that someone would call me and no one did, then I was told that they dont have mobiles. They cant even give you an morning or afternoon delivery and expect you to stay in all day. I have now asked them to put it in my back garden and lock the gate after them but she said when they get their its their decision. they dont deliver on a saturday unless you pay for it which then you will bill me. I wanted to order another 7 doors off you plus hardware but if this is the case then I might have to go elsewhere. I would rather pay a bit more and have them delivered up on my instructions that go through this again. They took over 3 weeks to come as well. Very frustrated customer at the moment, sorry. :(”

“Web site was easy to use and navigate around, received phone call the next day advising me there was a 2 to 3 week delay I thought at this point how good everything had been so far, now it all went down hill from here onwards, I email a number of times after waiting 3 weeks to get an update on when my order would be with me, the emails I got back where it should be with you this week but no guarantee I will chase this up for you and get back to you they didn't, so almost 5 weeks now I phone them to see where my order is to be told it is in stock and more is due this week I will send your order out tomorrow for delivery next day, I just wounder how long I would have waited for them to send me my order”

“I received an email outlining the process and everything happened as detailed. I decided to take up the offer of interest free credit and I did not find the process completely straight forward and I am financially and computer savvy, but I got there in the end. I would shop again with this company.”

“Leaders in my opinion definitely cannot be beaten on price. Customer Services were friendly and very helpful but unfortunately both of my orders were very delayed and not within the time shown on ordering the items, which was quite disapointing and time consuming having to call up. I would however order from them again as they have the best competitive prices.”

“Dear Sirs, Time to talk about giving a review WHEN I HAVE RECEIVED THE ORDER!!! I was going to leave it until the end of April when I would have contacted you. Perhaps you might let me know what is going on? Thank you. Yours faithfully, A.S.M.BOYLE PS:- I have been asked to enter a rating.
