“I purchased a bi-folding oak door from the company and they were by far the lowest price. Delivery was good and I was well informed on the delivery details. My product was well packed but a part was damaged and quickly replaced. Customer service on handling the damaged part was excellent. In a general comment I cannot fault the company or the products they sell, my experience was excellent and I would recommend to all wishing to buy a good well delivered item with a good customer service department.”

“after coming across this site by chance I was a bit sceptical over the extreme cheap prices in the garden outlet section. I ended up ordering 4 of the queen garden hardwood armchairs and a table to match for the grand total of £112. I wasn't expecting a great deal to be honest at that price but as I was desp I took a chance. To say I was pleasantly surprised is a huge understatement !! The quality of the furniture is outstanding and to think I got each chair for only £19.99 amazes me, they're huge and extremely solid ans look a great deal more expensive than what I paid. Delivery was very quick and efficient too Overall I'm so pleased with my purchase that I'm probably going to order a few more items and have already recommended to friends and family who have themselves made purchases and been pleasantly surprised.”

“Communications with the store were very good. However, the delivery man was not happy about bringing the bath inside the house because of insurance, fortunately he did bring it inside the house because I was alone and unable to carry it in myself. The delivery man said the store should advise customers that the delivery men can only deliver to the door and that they -the delivery men - are unable to take the goods inside the house?!”

“Ordered Krono laminate floor with 5-7 Day delivery. Leader phoned to say flooring was in early and I could take next day delivery. Very pleased with service price and overall experience.”

“Bought a lamp about 18% cheaper than the best price elsewhere. Not delivered on time but good response from customer services and time to delivery was not excessive. Very good value indeed.”

“I ordered some flooring on 13th Feb, it is now 12 march, I was told it would take 3 weeks and it was coming from Germany, I have phoned a couple of times, with a couple of Promise's but no show of the flooring, it would easier for me to get it myself, its from Germany, not Timbuktu.”

“For the flooring I ordered, the price was the cheapest per m2. Throw in free delivery and I was a very happy customer. The items arrived safely on the day agreed. I would recommend Leader Stores and will buy from them again when I do up my study.”

“Order placed for 2 Duck Egg Blue lampshades on 11Feb15 but 2 Sage Green shades were received on 24Feb15. This error was notified on the same day and on 26Feb15 I was informed by Email that the order was expected mid following week. To date I have heard nothing further. When contacted everyone at Leader Stores has been helpful but I still await the correct shades.”

“The door, when it eventually arrived is as the picture shows..spot on! The customer support is fine and polite but, each time I phoned which I had to do numerous times owing to the continued delay in delivering gave me varied dates. A nightmare when trying to book a very busy chippy to hang the door etc. and having to keep changing dates! My issue seems to be a major fault with your company Come on boys get your act together”
