“Despite ordering 28th April waiting weeks and not being told the product was out of stock, which eventually had to be re-ordered, I am extremely pleased with the moroccan lightshades. Good quality product and very attractive. So all's well that ends well...”

“The three seat bench with storage that we bought arrived exactly as promised, was easy to put together and is great quality. It is perfect for the location we chose it for and we are very happy with it. Leader Stores service was good and delivery was rapid. We will certainly use them again.”

“Placed my order on 28 April with an delivery time of 5-7 days. My order was confirmed straight away and payment taken, but have not heard a word since. I emailed on 17 May to chase the order but had no response. I tried to telephone today but other that a voice stating they were experiencing a high number of calls, I did not get through, the phone rang and rang. If they product is not is stock, then they should say so on the web-site.”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a bed and paid for it in full, took a day off work to receive the bed only to receive an email on that day at 13:00 to say it's not going to be in stock for 3 months. It has now been over 3 weeks and they still haven't refunded my money even though I have been told by 3 different people that I will get my money in 3-5 working days. So in total they have had my money for over a month. Would never recommend this company to anyone neither would I order from you again. Lloyd Clubb”

“The product turned up damaged. Took over a week to arrange a replacement that also turned up damaged. Had to constantly chase them and nobody not once called me throughout the whole process. A terrible company with terrible service. I advise you avoid them at all costs.”

“Product itself was stunning value for money. Really pleased. Not sure what happened to the order itself as I had to chase after over a week of waiting. However, once the contact was made the order arrived promptly. If they had another one I'd be buying it.”

“No door. Promised several delivery times and days. Booked joiner twice. Took time off work, delayed appointments. Still waiting. Told TNT left cards. Not at my house they didn't. Extremely frustrating. Waste of time waiting in.”

“bed took quite a while to come which was annoying as I had to pay off my credit card bill which it was on before receiving delivery of the bed. However when it arrived the quality was good and I was pleased with the service. I had ordered the same bed previously from another company and it arrived damaged”

“Excellent product and safely delivered, although the delivery man had to be persuaded to wait while goods were checked. But had to ring and email twice to get a delivery date within the 3 a 5 days promised online as confirmation your end took longer than expected.”

“Avoid leaders at all costs. Ordered some garden furniture which stated it was in stock. After 21 days and numerous E-mails still no sign of furniture. Finally told supplier was out of stock and delivery would be another month or could have a refund. Opted for a refund 3 weeks ago and as I write this, again numerous E-mails and phone calls that don't get answered, still no refund. Will keep trying, but the legal route may be the only way to get my money back it looks like.”
