“Waited 4 days for so called next day delivery, then received an email saying door I ordered was not in stock. I did not order a door! Telephoned 3 times eventually reached the shop floor and spoke to a very nice man, who suggested I sent an email, I still have not had my money refunded. Very poor service will never use again and advise no body else use this company customer service non existent,”

“Disappointed in the fact that the website did not state that the item I had ordered and paid for was not in stock as it says you should be advised on the website. Spoke to customer services who were very nice and then had to email for a refund and then before I received the refund I the item was delivered. I then emailed them to advise that I would not require a refund, only for them to call a few days later to ask if the item has been delivered!! Bit of a shambles”
