Three weeks after placing my order I still don't know when I will receive it. Need I say more.

Whilst the item we ordered showed as in stock, delivery in 5 working days it had not arrived after a week. I was then told it was held in waiting and would not be in UK for another couple of days. Eventually after nearly 2 weeks a delivery was arranged for Thursday and on Wednesday a mail arrived saying it would be delivered next day, however after waiting in all day it did not arrive until Friday morning. Not impressed.

It took over two weeks to have my money refunded on an item that was not in stock and is still advertised on the web page . it took a long time for my phone call to be answered.

Still haven't received my order. Still haven't received any idea of when I'm likely to receive my order. Don't know if you have ordered replacement stock from your suppliers. etc......

The doors I ordered are very nice and decent quality for the price. I was a little disappointed with the delivery time as the website had said they would be delivered within 3 - 5 days but I phoned on the 5th day as I had not heard anything and I was told I would have to wait to be called to confirm the delivery date - they couldn't help me right then. The doors were finally delivered 5 days after that so it was a little disappointing as our builders needed them and this delayed us.

Initial order was broken when delivered. Pictures were required to prove the board was broken. The replacement board was not limed oak finish as initial order but plain oak. Products over priced

Service was good and as expected but quality of the product was overstated. Product (chest of drawers) didn't live up to expectations, it is very flimsy (although looks good) and poor drawer gliders with soft screws for fixing same. Therefore did not order more from the same set.

I do not recommend this store. They have never dispatch item and charge my credit card. I keep calling and emailing for refund but They never refunded my money. I have to ask credit card company for refund. I will never purchase from LEADER ONLINE.

The money should be back in your account within 72 hours back to the credit/debit card that you used to originally place the order. Ordered my floor that was in stock....no delivery....called and told it was out of stock but would be in on Friday...that was 2 weeks ago still no delivery order was placed 6 weeks ago. Poor service all round.

I ordered some garden furniture which meant someone had to be in to receive the order. The delivery was automatically set to next day so I had to phone up customer services to change it to an appropriate day when someone would be in. I would have preferred to have selected my delivery day at the checkout as you can with many other online companies e.g. ao.com.

The information and images on the website were particularly helpful in making choices, and the additional advice there on selection a fitting was invaluable. The emails confirming order and providing notice of delivery came through as expected. I'd certainly use this supplier again.

Having never used LEADERSTORES before, I placed two orders in July 2015: one on 16th and one on 23rd. They were both supposed to be delivered within 7-10 days. After waiting a couple of weeks nothing had turned up. I complained and the second of the two orders arrived a few days later. I am still waiting for the first of the two orders, which has so far taken 3 weeks. I have complained again and am awaiting a response. Not sure I can recommend this company to anyone really.

An automatic email should have been sent to yourself informing you that the items were out for delivery but additionally I have contacted our sales team to urgently contact you today to book in this delivery. Ordered Joseph bunk beds on the 11th July which according to the website should have been delivered in 7-21 days. Contacted them after two weeks, told it was still within lead time, contacted them after 3 weeks and was told that it meant working days and that someone would contact me by Monday 10th Aug - no one did. I called today (Monday 10th Aug) and spoke to someone who said he'd look into it, i saked if he could call me back as I was being put on hold repeatedly for 10-15 mins on an 0845 number at a time to which he agreed. Still waiting for that call :-( Pay the few quid extra and order elsewhere - costomer service is shocking

Very professional service from the first contact through to delivery. Marc Husband was the person we dealt with and he offered an excellent standard of customer service. All questions were answered comprehensively and he had full knowledge of the product. Marc then handled a return of a door very promptly and with no question at all. Excellent service all round.
