“Ordered some dado rail and was told it would be delivered in a week. Nothing arrived. I was then told it would be another week, again nothing arrived. I was then told it would be another 2 weeks, at which point i got a refund. Worse part was that every time I contacted customer support they kept telling me that they would call me back and never did so I had to constantly chase them. This is the first and last time that I will order from them, Amazon they are not.”

Thank you for your Feedback Naoman. Please accept our apologies for not being able to fulfill your order on this occasion. I have since had a look into your account and can see that we did attempt to call you back on the number provided, however the line continued to go straight to voicemail. With regards to the delays on the order, we can only pass on the information we are given from the supplier. It appears we have been let down by our supplier on this occasion. Thanks for your feedback Tomasz. I'm not sure what the problem was here, all refunds need to be processed to the same method of payment you used to make your original order. “Although I ordered a small product nearly a month ago it is yet to arrive. I sent an email to customer services after 2 weeks - no reply to that. I telephoned after 2 and a half weeks and they phoned me back to say it was due in the following day and they would send it out guaranteed next day. There have been 4 working days for it to arrive and Surprise Surprise it still isn't here. A total lack of communication since and no product. I wouldn't recommend them.”

“V good service but your couriers are of varying quality. 1st one was ETS. Didn't turn up by 4. I called, got a call back to say it would be an hour, several calls and hours later, lorry turned up at 7.30, my husband had to actually help get the doors off the pallet as well as the lorry, and then the driver asked if he could park up on the drive for half an hour because his taco said he'd been driving for too long so we ended up with him drinking coffee in our house while we had dinner. 2nd courier was TNT - came before 9am, doors had extra protective packaging on and driver brought them both into the house. Be good if you could use TNT all the time!”
