“The door turned up as agreed, But was damaged! Several glazing bars were completely Brocken . On reporting this we were requested to send photos of Damage! We were then told you had no further doors of this description And that our money would be refunded, as to date this has not matirilised”

“Had to cancel an order as i ordered the incorrect product, cancelled within 20mins of ordering on thier website and 20 days and a few emails later still have not received the refund. Now that's service for you!”

“I ordered a garden bench Leader Stores took my money even though they knew the item was out of stock Leader Stores refused to process the refund Luckily I used Paypal, so got a Paypal refund AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“I ordered and paid for goods immediately. I was later informed the goods we not available and offered a refund which I accepted. Despite reassurances from Leader Stores I still do not have my refund. My numerous emails to various individuals within Leader are yet to resolve this. This issue has been running for circa 4 weeks. I have had no option other to raise a depute within PayPal.”

“USELESS - took over 2 weeks to deliver an IN STOCK item that says 3 days delivery. Despite chasing then sent an email saying need to book in delivery - just another delay! Then the item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, and it takes another 2 weeks to get it sorted. Its taken 4 weeks to get 2 light fittings - impossible to speak to anyone as just left on hold”

“Overall, the service from Leaders was good, however the courier they use was terrible. I stayed at home all day as the slot was 9am-5pm but the item did not appear, nor did it come when the very helpful and polite customer services person (Mark Green) rearranged it for the following Saturday. It eventually appeared the next Monday. The table was the same but cheaper than others online, had free delivery (!) and customer services were human and courteous. Leaders should use another courier though.”

“Ordered a door. Waited 5-7 days from placing order to your warehouse receiving the door. Was informed then that they could not deliver it next day, as stated in your website. As I was going abroad, I asked to have it delivered on my return in July. High and behold they delivered it on another day which was not my request. I was very dissatisfied with your service and will not require your £10 voucher for a next purchase. Not a good service!!”
