“Door arrived damaged due to courier. Replacement didn't arrive on time as arranged. Still charged next day delivery Not the best”

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies for your door being delivered damaged. As we use a national courier service, we can only control the couriers to a certain extent. We would always rectify any damages as quickly and efficiently as we can. The delivery charge you have paid is not necessarily for next day delivery - it's a standard delivery charge based on weight and volume of your order, and your delivery address. We would always deliver any order as quickly as we physically can, which is usually next working day if at all possible. Thank you again for your feedback. Kind regards Shaun

“Made enquiries via web chat re a pendant light that was required urgently. Was assured that regardless of it not being in stock, it would be available within a week. Chased after receiving nothing only to be told that the unit would not be coming in to stock for a further two months. A refund was issued quickly which is why I have give two stars.”

“My order was out of stock (waited nearly a week to bother telling me). I wanted a refund (over a week later no refund) and had to chase up. Will certainly not be using you again. Now, I've received an email saying "leave us a review and you'll receive a discount code". This is actually not a viable retail practice - it is considered bribery!”

“There was a colossal mix up with the delivery days resulting in me wasting annual leave days then the flooring was delivered damaged. I put in a written complaint 3 weeks ago and have not heard a word back I would not recommend leader stores to anyone”

Thank you for your feedback Linda, I sincerely apologise for part of your order being delivered damage, I hope the replacement packs arrived in good condition. We would always rectify any problems as quick as we possibly can. I will also check up on your email and find out why this hasn't been replied to, I will make sure that if not already replied to, that this is done at the earliest opportunity.

“The doors arrived well within the estimated delivery time, I even received a phone call from the company to say when the delivery would be and also if the date was convenient also I was given the number of the delivery driver to find out on the day what sort of time he would be in dropping off my order. The carpenter who hung the doors said they were very good quality for the price paid and also extremely good value as they have been advertised at a far greater price.”

“we purchased 2 small York sofas in mink and was really impressed with the delivery men who unpacked our delivery and placed it in the room of our choice the quality of the sofas in absolutely superb they have a luxury feel and look to them and we would not hesitate to order from leader stores in the future many thanks mrs fay landon”

“Was not happy with the service, I placed an order which was showing that was in stock. Then for a month i waited with no communication from the website. When I called customer service to find out where my item was and to find out when I will be receiving it, I was then told that the item had been discontinued. And was in fact discontinued whilst it was still being shows as available on the website. I was then told that I would get a full refund and again then had to chase up the refund for over a week. I am not happy with the service at all the only plus point is that the customer service agent that I spoke to on the phone sounded like he genuinely wanted to help. If it was not for the personality of the guy from customer service I would have given this website a 'very poor' review. Rather than a poor review.”

“Product arrived after long delay & a few phone calls chasing late delivery. It was as described & significantly cheaper than prices quoted by the competition for the same branded product. Delivery driver was helpful with offloading. Only complaint is that I should have been kept informed that the product I ordered was actually out of stock and would not be delivered within the time frame quoted when I placed the order. This was important to me as I had booked a builder to install the product. As it turned out the product was delivered the day before the builder was due to arrive over 2 weeks after the expected delivery date. Just an email would have sufficed to keep me informed of the delay.”

“Stunning Light, was looking for something simple and elegant but with sparkle as I have 2 over the top ceiling lights. This goes perfect in my living room. Recommend the product the only reason I haven't selected 'Very Good' is due to the courier company delivering to a complete stranger.. however I did eventually get my light.”

“Doors look great and arrived in perfect condition, best price I could find. Delivery cost was reasonable considering the size and weight and if you spend more it can be free. Delivery guy was very pleasant and helpful.”
