“We returned the car with a full tank (took a picture of it) and then we received an invoice for not having returned the car with a full tank. The customer service doesn't answer the emails and I can't spend even more money to call them in Italy. There wasn't anyone at their office at the parking area neither when I picked up the car nor when I returned it so you have no possibility to check the car's conditions with anyone. Big scam, that's what it is!”
