“ I ordered LED tubes and LED ruban. The delivery time was much longer than on the website, at least twice. 2 tubes over 20 arrived broken and the LED strip did not work at all. Since 2 weeks I asked to return the product and I have no answer. I called yesterday and the guy on the phone told me that it is not normal and that he put my request in priority to have news same day. Result: no news ! ”

“ Dishonest...Have accepted that a product I purchased has failed but refuses to provide a replacement under the advertised warranty. You have offered a credit which would enable me to buy a replacement but only if I pay an exhorbitant delivery charge which is greatly in excess of the price of the replacement item. The warranty is therefore worthless.... others beware! ”

In the end I asked for my money back and was totally ignored. Countless calls and emails with no response. They just want your money and I’m convinced they don’t even have any lights to send out. Fake tracking emails being sent which DPD dont recognise. Contact form on the website doesnt work. Highly doubt this is a legit operation, but even if it is, it doesnt deserve your business. ”
