“ Missed our flight for our honeymoon this morning as our alarms didn’t go off, got there with 30 minutes before the plane set off. As you can imagine we we’re extraordinarily stressed and spoke to an AMAZING agent called Danni Cox at Jet 2 to see if there was anything we could do and she managed to reschedule our flight for later on this afternoon! She has saved our honeymoon and could not thank her enough! Amazing customer service and care! ”

“ I want to write a review to acknowledge the excellent level of service we received at the airport, we had a serious incident happen at the security gates, which was dealt with in a professional manner, police informed and attended, We had support throughout the ordeal, we are just awaiting a refund for the departure lounge which hopefully this will be dealt with soon, I would like to thank everyone involved but especially Beth customer support, Tommy from airside supervisor and the lady in the departure lounge. ”
