Why is the arrival experience at Leeds Bradford airport so abysmal? The air bridges never work so passengers are boarded onto buses to travel 20 metres. The queue for passport control has taken 30 minutes to get through and even then the luggage hadn’t arrived when we eventually got to the Carousel..
I have flown from this airport frequently for 30 years and am appalled at the apparent disregard they now have for the passengers. Why has the service deteriorated so quickly
