“Lee Longlands delivered our sofa and dining table. David, Frank and Sam were the delivery men. They were polite and profesional, making sure to care for my floor and furniture. I had an small issue with my dining table but David was reasuring and explained it was adjustable, he showed me how to do it myself. Al three were informative and fun making the whole experience fun and pleasant.”

“Thank you Frank & David, nothing was too much trouble for this team. A credit to Lee Longlands. To be honest from the start of purchasing my furniture to delivery has been a great experience. They kept me informed every step of the way. They called me in the morning of our delivery to give me an estimate of delivery time (which they met) David & Frank were polite and kept all areas clean. Thank you for meeting our delivery date (just before Christmas) have a great one”

“I bought 6 dining chairs from Lee Longlands about seven years ago. They were pretty expensive (approximately £200 each). I’m really disappointed with the quality. They were not leather but synthetic. We have rarely used them and they have over the last year started to completely peel away. Large sections of the synthetic material have come away exposing the foam underneath. The only option is to try and make some covers for them as they are too expensive to just bin. I wish had bought chairs elsewhere. If you buy from Lee Longlands, I’d recommend some kind of insurance as they probably won’t last long term.”

“Just had Frank and Dylan deliver 2 chairs for us. They could not have been more pleasant, cheerful and considerate. They unpacked the chairs, let us check them over then carried them into the conservatory for us. A1 service and staff Thank you”

“We had another delivery today - this time our mattress . Don’t think I’ve ever had such exemplary service from any other company. Great communication and come in allotted time slot - delivery guys friendly, helpful and totally professional. Highly recommend Lee Longland.”

“I had two men deliver my new bed. John L and David. Very polite and lovely and chatty. Efficient and friendly. Had the phone call to give a time scale for delivery - much appreciated 11-1pm. They arrived just after 11.15 and gone by 12.00. Brilliant. Will use Lee Longlands again. Thank you.”

“Disgusted with this company. We purchased their Annabella sofa, after waiting ages for it, it was clear within a few weeks that there was a manufacturer fault with it as the legs were all different lengths. After 6 months we eventually got a replacement and this within a month started to sag even though the description says "Seats with no sag spring", by four months this sofa was unbearably uncomfortable. Even more so for me with Psoriatic arthritis and Fibromyalgia. We obviously knew from the previous sofa we'd had for 6 months that this wear wasn't usual. So after complaining we eventually got someone out who has said this wear is usual so they are refusing to help. How can a £3k sofa be sagging to the point of being able to feel the wood frame normal and within months. Especially as I said it didn't happen on the one before. Disgusting customer service and I will avoiding them like the plague and advise others to do the same.”
