“My trademark was challenged. To me it was a somewhat complex issue. I asked a friend of mine who is a patent attorney. He recommended an inexpensive service like legally.com. I contacted Jackson MacDonald, Esq. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what it would cost. He negotiated on my behalf and got the challenge dropped by turning the tables on the challenger. I would have never been able to do this by myself”

“I forgot where I found this firm but I'm glad I found him. I didn't know what to expect during the trademark process and it was very stressful to me. The staff are so nice and very approachable.
