“I had a specific edition of a Hebrew title I could not find. Lehmann took the trouble to find this specific edition and kept me updated of their search. They sent me photos to ensure this was the correct edition. They then shipped it to my local book shop for collection. Thank you for all you trouble and for the excellent customer service.”

“My order was faulty, because of a glitch at the publishing end. I contacted Lehmanns about the problem with the book I’d received and they rectified it swiftly and courteously , though it was not at all of their doing. Excellent service and customer care.”

I have looked into your issue and can see that you first made us aware of the problem on 17th September. Please understand that at Lehmanns we were closed completely from Tuesday 14th September until Thursday 28th September. Your emails were sent in this time frame and were therefore unanswered.
