“Hi. First time using your shop to ship to South Africa. Very impressed. Arrived quickly. The only slow part was due to the shipper (not your fault) and having to follow up with them to invoice. You had the order processed and out the door within 24 hours. Thanks for the great service.”

“Hi, I hope you take this as a constructive criticism. It doesn't make sense that you never pick up the phone. In the past few week I phoned you on number of occasions and I always end up sending you an email. Certain things are easily dealt with by a conversation ant not via an email. If I didn't need the Sidurim I purchased as a matter of a 'last minute situation' I would have gone elsewhere.”

“The order was delivered quickly - in fact it came earlier than I expected. Well protected and pack and my Selichot was in pristine condition I would recommend that you order your books from Lehmann's, they are the best quality and prices . customer service is their ethos and I am glad to have found them”
