“The delivery was ok. What bothers me very much is that it is not possible to talk to someone by phone. I had a problem with the postage. It said on the website that for Switzerland from 85£ no postage is charged. But the computer did not accept this. It was 3 days before I heard from you guys. By then the book I wanted to buy was out of stock. Very annoying.”
