“Not used the ink yet but website was easy to use and ordering straightfoward. The small bottle was very well packed and UPS delivered it on time. Can't help thinking Royal Mail might have been cheaper! But all things considered - a satisfied customer. Thanks, Lehmanns....”

“I ordered a set of books. They arrived. But they were not what I thought they would be. I tried telephoning to ask about returning them but did not get to speak to anyone. The recorded message said I should email my message. I did that but have not received a reply. I posted the books back. I await a refund.”
