Still have not had a refund nearly a month later!! Awful company.

They refused to offer any kind of refund they would only substitute things with vouchers which meant that we were still tied to their incompetence.

Sold us a damaged pop-up gazebo, pull rings baldly damaged they look a mess. Asked for a refund but they will not give us one as the gazebo will still do it's job there replie was to us Could have bought a second hand one in better condition What a joke. So no refund.

Terrible customer service after air awning bladder leaking and no replacement available until 5 months after the leaking item. Just passed from pillar to post on the emails no answer on the phone. Request for refund totally ignored. The worst online company I have ever dealt with. Stay clear do not send any money you will regret it.

I ordered a canopy from Leisure Outlet and it still hasn't arrived after many attempts to call them lines are always closed 14 emails later I'm still waiting a refund waist of space read reviews before buying from this 2 bit scum company

Please dont use this company, i ordered an awning over 4 weeks ago, delivery was about 4 days but still i have nothing, had to use motorhome on our holiday without the awning so for a family this caused a lot of logistical nightmares, they kept offering alternatives which would not fit the motorhome, i have asked 4 times for a refund but they seem to have gone deaf, disgraceful customer service

Please don't use this company they wont refund me £287.31 for a item that is not fit for purpose. please read all the bad reviews I wouldn't want anymore people to fall foul of this company

I receieved an email 5 days after my order stating that 3 items out of 6 (not the T-Rolls) were out of stock and that they were sorry and would refund.

Never arrived chased AGAIN!!! And was greeted by a rude man on the phone who for some reason couldn’t understand my frustration!!! Arrived few days later WRONG COLOUR AGAIN AND WAS SECOND HAND DAMAGED!!! By this point I was done!!! One upset little girl and angry mum I demanded refund a d they could have the damaged bike back.
