I am a landlord with several properties and Lenwell Luton offer terrible customer service. They don't vet tenants properly, aren't willing to do any work for the monthly management fee and communication is terrible. I am forever having to chase up anything that needs doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I telephoned about a property I wanted to view, was told to wait while I was transferred and then told the property was sold. This property is still being advertised on Zoopla and On the market. I then emailed to ask for a viewing in case the girl was mistaken, and received no reply at all. Very very poor

My experience dealing with Lenwell was worst. I stayed in apartment 54, The Larches , Luton. Once I left the property after staying for 4.5 Years, Lenwell sent me a letter in my address in India that they will settle the Deposit in 10 Working days. Since then it has almost 8 months now, I have not received any reasonable answer from Lenwell. They have told me that they could not get response from the Landlady, I have requested them at least 2-3 time a week for several weeks but no luck. They are good with Property Owners but do not help Tanents when in Need. I HAVE NOT GOT ANY MONEY BACK FROM MY DEPOSIT, BEWARE.

Customer service is appalling, I lodged a complaint 11 weeks ago regarding an issue started in June 2017 and have still not had a formal response. Lenwell are in no way proactive, I have to chase for answers constantly!!

The service from Lenwell is substandard. Property Management is non existence and when raise issues these are ignored. Charges are made and taken out of my account without my approval and after lazy property management. My tenenat is also unhappy with the service from lenwell, often telling me of mis treatment and unacceptable charges.

This is the second time I've had to contact Lenwells about this we have had two visits regarding the property both times with no notice at all the first time the lady let herself in with a key while we were home and the second time two men complete strangers knocked on the door when my daughter was home alone and requested to come in with no ID we were given no written notice email or telephone call to say they were coming

Rang at 9:15 for a viewing to be told someone will call me back (which didn't happen) untill 3pm to let me know the property had gone - unfair and disappointing

Very negative experience, felt the man was very rude, if lent have a policy of no under 21 why not ask the question at the start? Was a waste of my time, not a pleasant experience

The gentleman with whom I spoke, Tony, was rude, obnoxious and deeply unpleasant. Couldn't be less impressed. Extremely disappointing.

Because when he called I was in the lunch break at work and because he didn't understand what I told the prefect to shut down the phone without even apologizing.
