“Service for landlords is absolutely appaling from the MK office. My property was originally being looked after by another company who sold up to Lenwell and I was assured I would have the same level of service. Since they took over the number of issues has risen dramatically and had three call outs for boiler issue (on a two year old boiler) in the space of four months and two call outs to fix the a leak under the sink in two months. Have been waiting for two months for an update on why so many call outs to fix the same issue with no replies to emails, chats, phone calls. All I hear back is we are waiting for an update from our contractor. Would not recommend this company to anyone who needs a property looking after.”

“Very unprofessional I asked about studio apartment to rent trough Facebook, got a call back, set up the viewing for the same day, they were supposed to send me the location, called them again 2h later, didn’t get the location. You don’t just ghost people, if you don’t want to rent it to me just say NO we can’t.”
