You discriminate against disabled people asking for 6 months rent in advance. It's not stated in you're advert so you are breaking the law. Ask to view properties you don't get back. Absolutely appauled at how agents deal with queries on renting places you advertise.

The rudest customer operator I've ever spoke to. Called me in the morning , I told them they have to speak with my wife , gave them my number , then in the afternoon I'm getting again a call. I'm explaining nice and calm that they need to speak with my wife as I am driving and she know anyway all the details to receive the answer from an angry lady : "You know darling , I don't have the time to call her , she has our number and she can call us". Then my wife called her and she wouldn't even let her speak , again rude and angry, really poor service. If you don't like your job, just quit it.

The woman that answered was extremely rude and condescending!!She didn't let me talk and at the end hung the phone.I would recommend her to take a vacation if she is frustrated not talking to people like s..t!!

Feel so discriminated because of my disability been on benefits but have more than enough to pay rent etc. I've worked since the age of 19. I'm 49 years old. Only stopped working in 2016 due to stroke etc. My benefits are guaranteed. This kind of discrimination should not happen. I'm renting at the moment always paid rent on time keep flat immaculate. Why are disabled people tarnished and those on benefits with the same brush as those who don't pay in time. So unfair.

The flat was listed as ‘pets considered’ when I asked about my dog, I was told that pets are prohibited! Waste of my time. Despite saying I had a dog, she asked me about viewing the property while ignoring my inquiry about whether the landlord would accept my dog.

Today Michelle give for me appointment to see Waterloo Road. Property is on 3rd floor but I go there no one was there I called them to say I'm outside of the property and I speak with Michelle she said I cancel the appointment without sending me email or text message I will she don't do it with someone else

I had a call.in the morning when i was working and couldn't answer, i called back after a while and the person who cslled was busy at the time snd they told me she would cdll back later and they never called again.
