Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

“The Moscow ebike is a great price however still waiting for delivery after 12 days of paying.”

“Within 4 months of buying my brand new bike, a spoke broke from my rear wheel !!?! Hating been so careful & gentle riding it. They have sent me 2 spokes in the mail. The bike is in the repair shop & I have to pay the repair fee !!?! What about the guarantee ? The local shop says it may happen again if the spokes are poor quality?! Time will tell. Lucky I heard the noise & walked home, or else the wheel would've bent..... what happened to the 2 years guarantee & the repair fee U have to pay.”

“Good service but bad delivery company they are using. It took 6 days from Melbourne warehouse deliver to Melbourne 3084. Would be good to have Delivery Note or Invoice within posed order as well.”

“Cycles are fine, but personal contact to answer questions is non-existent and therefore not acceptable. I have sought information on an agent for leon cycles in Hobart Tas. a number of times and have had no response.”

“I purchased 2 × 26" × 4.0 inner tubes and only received 1 × 26" × 4.0. The 2nd tube was smaller.”

“The brake pads were as expected and worked very well - no complaints. I am very disappointed at the packaging. 4 small disc pads were sent in a substantial cardboard box, packed with polystyrene fingers; when received, the pads were sitting in the bottom of the box below the polystyrene, so it was completely ineffective as a shock absorbing material and unnecessary. It would have been much more environmentally friendly had they been posted in a Jiffy Bag - this would have also been far more effective at protecting the fibre surfaces. You really need to reconsider your packaging in the context of the environment.”

“the packaging of the 500w motor was poor and one side of the case got a dint as it may have been dropped on one side. I will be coming in to Laverton to get the motor swapped on my Moscow plus and I can show the mechanic what I mean.”

“Items as described but not boxed. Couriers did not respond to emails, did not leave item despite my arrangements with neighbours, and were not open at advertised times for collection. Never have that problem with Australia Post. Courier would influence my purchasing in the future. (I have NO connection with any courier service )”
