Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

We offer E-Trekking, E-MTB, E-Cruiser and E-Folding bikes and Conversion kits for everyone in Australia and New Zealand. We are quite diversified and offer both rear- and mid-motor engines, whether from our own design (Das-Kit) or from established brands such as Bafang.

We are proud to have one of the best customer service teams around which is confirmed by many positive customer reviews. “I purchased an Ebike Battery charger and despite receiving an email informing me that my parcel had been delivered my order never showed up. I reached out to Leon Cycle to be informed that they were opening an investigation into the location of my parcel. They determined the item had been lost in transit. HOWEVER, without even contacting me to ask me what I would like to do given this situation, after I had ALREADY purchased another battery charger from elsewhere after this hassle, they simply sent me another one for which I now presumably am going to have the hassle of having to return and pay for said return. Incredibly poor customer service and unfortunately a terrible experience purchasing with this company. If a Leon Cycles team member reads this and would like to reach out to rectify this issue that would be excellent.”

“I bought the ET.Cycle T720 Fat Trekking Step-thru E-Bike about a year ago. Best bike ever. Never do I have a flat tyre. Love the throttle. I can sit on the seat for hours.. The seat can be quickly moved up or down. The bike fits even very tall people. Feeling very proud to ride my mean machine. Lots of people looking at it.”

“We Bought two e bikes from Leon cycles Malaga the guys were awesome not pushy and full of knowledge don't waste time going elsewhere i done lots of research before purchasing these bikes they are top quality best value e bikes on the market the staff at Malaga were excellent nothing to much trouble highly recommend this company glad we chose Leon Cycle thanks again guys for your top service”

“Gary and Phil never fail to amaze me. I have now purchased 3 ET bikes from them. While we were waiting for the third one to arrive they lent me an ET1000 for my wife to use until her ET720 arrived. This is generally unheard of out there in retail land. If there is an annual Leon Cycle award then Gary and Phil would certainly deserve to get it for truly outstanding 'above-and-beyond' customer service. The level of service they provide is sadly lacking in the public service arena these days but the service provided at the WA Malaga store is to be applauded. I would also like to give Phil an extra shout-out for his level of personal customer care which should be used as a benchmark for customer service training. (By the way Phil, thanks for the cheesecake, and the Luma folding lock works a treat). If you want to experience what exceptional customer service is, get your next bike from the guys at Leon Cycle Malaga WA! Kevin Tipene. PS: I just love my ET1000 :-)”
