Product is fine - overall experience let down by choice of poor courier contractor resulting in delayed delivery - Sendle/Couriers Please - disapointing.

bad experience, I bought Leon C5, and the cable of the dashboard was broken. I need to replace the controller unit , and I wasted nearly two week to wait and got no proper solution

This is a review for Leon UK, but there doesn't seem to be any way of leaving a review for them, so I'll have to do it here. Initially, the bike was great, but since having a problem with a cable that got damaged, they have proved impossible to deal with, taking months to respond to emails and supplying a motor that seems to be faulty, and now they've stopped answering emails.

The shipping company they use really lets them down, over two weeks to deliver parts locally is unacceptable

I placed order on the 6 Jan 2022 it now 22 Jan 2022 and it still hasn't arrived. Was told to wait. It should turn up sometime so I can't really write. Our review as I don't have it. And not sure when it will turn up or If it will turn up.

I’m happy with the bike but it was assembled poorly by the guys in the shop. Gears were not adjusted, and were rough to change. There’s something not right with the brakes they are rough. When I accelerate, the electric motor now has a vibration. The suspension doesn’t lock. The bike only has 32km on it and I have to take it back. Disappointed!

Bikes delivered, but one damaged. Although it was delivered scratched and they didn't even offer refund or any kind of compensation. It also doesn't have and electric back light, not a brake light like all the other bikes or scooters have. All over a big disappointment for the price you are paying. Service wise i would give it a 1 star.

Sale of the bike went well, can't say the same for delivery, gave been told it will be another week. Not good enough,heaven forbid I only live an hours drive away, should have went and collected it myself. There goes my plans for the weekend. Not a happy chappy.

At first it seemed great, package arrived earlier than expected, battery life was better than I expected, and felt fun to ride. Fast forward 2 months in, the bolt for the saddle snaps on me, the wires that clamp to the pole seem to bend outward even though I'm only 160 lbs, replaced the bolt and that one is now bending too. I've tried to reach out on many occasions about a seat replacement and their phone directory tells I'm more pressing more numbers than I am (press 5 to speak to team member and receive 555 is not an option almost everytime.) Only once it somehow processed I only pressed 5 once to be greeted to a voicemail box that was full...very disappointing.

Leon cycle are the inpirters of NCM Bikes in Australia. My bike (moscow plus) had been ridden for 200 kms and then spent half a day in raining conditions. The battery will now not turn off and Leon Cycles response via email as you cannot getthem to answer phone was "it is water damaged and not covered by warranty" Thesebikes are not fit for purpose under Australian Consumer law if that is the case. Riding a e-bike in the rain results in no warranty coverage from Leon Cycles... disgraceful.

I have not ridden my bike for 2-3 week due to broken spokes , and replacement spokes not being available , I did not have any problem ridding the first 300 - 350 kms and have broken 3 spokes since .. I need to know that the bile won't have to be repaired every time I ride it ..

Conversion kit lacks a part that connects with their battery. Then the controller is defective and didn't connect with the pedal assist sensor. Its been 15 days now and still no resolution. Waiting for the replacement controller.
