Everything was good except the rack didn’t come with bolts which is big inconvenience for me. I emailed you and was told if you had some bolts you would send them to me for free. Not helpful, I now have to drive an hour to the hardware shop or wait till I’m in town again. People should be informed of this before purchasing your product.

I'm reasonably satisfied with the bike, but you need some mechanical aptitude for the initial check over and adjustments as there are only instructions for battery care and use ,nothing pertaining to the bike servicing or care and adjustments,obviously you're expected to know this already .

The biggest problem we are having working out when a actual delivery would arrive. There isa time difference between the delivery being shipped from Melbourne or Sydney with the Sydney delivery sometimes being over 10 days

Product arrived & would not turn on. Rang Malaga shop guy said send it back, but decided to go to Malaga & exchange. Attendant got a new unit & that would not turn on either. Got an other one & this one worked so he calabrated it for my bike which I was unaware you had to do. Cheers.

The bike is perfectly good but when i need to adjust the shifter of the bike so it's ride smoothly and as well as put some bolts on the dish brake(there are missing rare brake bolts)

I have a problem I purchased a Moscow plus on the provision of getting a second battery redemption before the sale had finished after asking the seller I still haven't heard anything I am happy with the bike but I also had other options now I want my battery

Milano plus and Milano E bike was purchased on Dec 17 2022.love the bike for a entry level E Bike but the customer service needs a bit of upgrading as the front light wire came off at the circuit board and to my dismay they said they couldn’t replace a 40$ light as it’s not covered… if I dropped or fell on the bike and damaged it I can understand completely but a wire coming off the circuit board…Really… anyway I would think twice about buying from this company as they don’t obviously care about repeat business and from my point of view telling other people about this brand and company won’t be favourable….

Bought the bike for the ride to work which is a 32km round trip. I found the following issues. The 3 steps for the electrical motor assistance are not set up properly. having checked the speeds it assists too, found the following. levels 1 -18km, level 2-24km level 3-25km I went back to the shop where we tried some of the other speed level regulators and found they all do more or less the same. They were very helpful in the shop a big plus there. I would have expected the levels to be spaced out better. As in level 1-15km level 2-20km level 3-25km. The battery doesn't last as long as it claims, and runs out around 65-70km. Otherwise, the bike rides well. Hope this feedback helps. Regards Rob Bruynel

Sturdy rack but no mounting screws provided and the webpage incorrectly identifies the size as M6 when they are actually M5 for the Moscow Plus.

Hi, I purchased this bike for a friend, he had done some work for me & wanted payment in the form of a bike, he was really enjoying riding it around & loved being able to go places, unfortunately he went to a Bike shop to have some lights fitted & was told the spikes on the wheels were incorrect & would be putting too much pressure on the wheels, he was quoted $300 to have this fixed, I would appreciate you advise on this problem, I am attaching pictures of the wheels.

Great bike, very happy with it so far. had a few issues with shipment arrival updates and then courier updates, so would recommend you improve you customer communications.
