Good service from these guys at a fair price. Would recommend them and happily buy my next E bike from them.

The rear brake kit for NCM Aspen+ had all components including left hand brake lever - except the hydraulic tube was not long enough to reach the rear hub. It was only long enough for the front brake hub. I'm waiting for a hydraulic tube of the correct length. The rear brake on gravel surfaces is more important than the front brake!

Overall I had a good experience, staff was friendly and efficient. The bike is comfy and solid, battery around the 100km as mentioned. But I only used my bike twice and the front brakes pads are very noisy and not smooth. I took a day off to bring it back to the shop for a check but they couldn't fix the issue as it was the same with all the bikes. Since I brought it back it is getting worst so much that I am only using the rear brakes. I will keep using it but disappointed of the quality of some parts.

Have been very happy with bike. Had it for 3 years now and the "controller" just stopped working for no reason that we could figure. However Leon Cycles did sent us a new one asap and it's back on the road and loving the ride.

Nowadays I rarely experience good customer service and have grown to expect disappointment from dealing with businesses of any kind. I started to cringe as I began a recent Ebike build because I realised that I was missing several important bits and was expecting a month long safari around the world to find everything. I certainly didn’t expect that I’d be writing a glowing review about how it was made so easy for me! After some Googling, I phoned your store and was assisted by Danny who assured me that he could help with my list of very random parts. When I arrived in store, I found Danny who dropped everything to help me. He climbed over bikes and contorted himself into tight corners as he gathered parts from the warehouse and workshop. He chased after other staff and ran around the entire building until I had everything that I needed. Then he worked out a very reasonable package price. Whilst roaming around in the showroom, I was blown away by the range of parts and accessories that most customers would overlook during a regular visit. It pays to look and it pays to ask because I was able to solve a couple of unrelated problems as well. I can’t think of another “big-player” retailer that combines so many great ingredients. A bright, shiny superstore with the vibe of a local family-run corner store and with staff that ooze a passionate desire to solve problems for customers. Thanks folks !

Bike rack received promptly and well packaged. Sadly it did not include the screws and washers to secure to bike. A very simple inclusion by Leon Cycle but was an involved process for me to go out and get a pair of both that fit both size and thread without knowing what I was looking for. It would have been a simple process for Leon to include these and definitely made it simple and able to assemble upon receipt.

The NCM Milano Max NR8 is a very nice bike which I have enjoyed over the past 9.months. One concern, however, is the difficulty in removing the rear tyre. Firstly there is no quick release so a spanner must be available. Secondly there is cabling to somehow disconnect and my search of the manual and videos did not find any help of how to fo it. This time I was fortunate enough to be able to patch the tube while the wheel was still on the bike but if the tube needed replacing then I would need to know how to dismantle the wheel from the bike. A flat tire may not happen close to a bike shop so I think it is only reasonable for NCM to have a description of the procedure and it should be in the manual

The part arrived quickly and it fixed the problem. It is a pitty the problem arrose in the first place requiring the purchase of the part.

Very good purchase price for small part. $12 to ship a 20g piece of wiring is just not right. It costs $9 for me to have a 16kg case of wine shipped from Melbourne to Adelaide.
