Had the worst experience with Leons. Ordered a 3 seater sofa and a loveseat. The sales girl said both would be delivered within 15 days. It's been 4 months and we are still waiting g for the loveseat. The sofa arrived defective and the store is not able to give any update on the replacement. This has been such a harrowing experience. Never buying anything from Leons again. Customers please beware of this company. They are only good at making false promises.

Corporate office of Leon’s has not phoned me so I guess it’s time to take the next step. Leon’s lie, manipulate and is hands down the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with.

I have dealt with Marne twice. She was excellent! Very helpful! Very friendly. Very good pricing as well! I would recommend her highly!

Bought a LG washer and dryer. Did not work and I phoned Leon’s. Service manager said I shouldn’t have bought the cheapest one. LG would be very interested in this conversation I taped.

So I have been calling Leon’s Kingston for a week and a half. No response. I sent a review on the main website. Then Head office emailed them and told them to deal with me. They left a message this past Saturday for me to come in on Sunday. This company has lied to me so many times. I have written everything down and have recorded all conversations. You need to do this people for your own safety. Head Office wants this “dealt with” instead of calling me themselves. I am in the process of dealing with this situation. Stay tuned!

I purchased a high end mattress and elevating frame from the Welland store. Both sales people ( bought separately )were courteous, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Joshua M. Sold me the mattress and when I returned to take another look, Nick helped me out and I ended up adding the frame. He was really helpful and went beyond my expectation to facilitate the delivery and set up. I was impressed. Everything was done as discussed. The delivery guys were efficient and got the job done well! Thank you Leon’s! It’s ,my third time purchasing and I will be back !

we purchased one table and one sofa and also 2 chairs, Table and sofa are good no problem but chairs are too big for condo, Leon's demanding 50% of purchase price to exchange which was never mentioned by sales person , no visible of sign of no return policy and no mention of such anywhere BEFORE making purchase. if this is not deception what is it? which large furniture treat customer like this? so after all our attempts failed, we decided to share our horrible experience with every one we can reach. at time of purchase your staff offered Flexiti as finanacing partner but now Leon's telling us they are third party do whatever you want !! we will pay for table and sofa but 2 chairs will not paid until a solution can be found. we do not want refund only exchange to smaller size to fit in our place.

The delivery guys who brought our sofa in through a tight space were absolutely professional and so polite.They did everything to make it happen.We had another crew that came prior and just said it couldn’t be done.Guess they didn’t feel like working.

I entered Leons to purchase a sofa and a couple kitchen chairs. I was helped by Firial Alkhatib and she was a breath of fresh air. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. An all-around pleasurable experience...Thank-you

Ordered a bed in November. They said at the time it would be delivered in January. Finally got it March with missing hardware. Not good.

We bought two couches from Leon’s in Kelowna, we weren’t happy with the color. We repurchased different couches and a wonderful lady named Mary at the front desk made the changes for us flawlessly we can’t say enough great things about Mary and all the staff at Leon’s in Kelowna. We would totally recommend buying all your house hold needs there. We definitely will be.

My daughter and son-in-law purchased three appliances totaling well over 3500. Had them 2 days and the gas range that cost over 1,400 decided to die on them. Leon's wouldn't help other than give us a phone number so we could call a service technician. Service technician has stated they can't come for three to five days away. I asked Leon's if they could just do a replacement or exchange for this as she never even had it 3 days but they can't do anything until a technician determines the issue with the range. Unfortunately I have to give a two star right now because she is making payments on this and not being able to use it which is unacceptable.

They charge a 50 percent restocking fee, even if the box is unopened. Unbelievable. Terrible customer service. The girls at the Service Desk are not able to serve, and can only quote company policy.

I have purchased a bedroom furniture set that all pieces were delivered damaged. I asked them to inspect the replacement pieces before they are delivered but they have on 2 different days delivered damaged furniture. I have made myself available 3 times now, 3 different days and still have all pieces damaged. I would never recommend using Leon's. If I could I would give them a 0 rating.

Absolute IDIOTS They don’t even know their own products. Purchased a Sofa from Leon’s. Salesman suggested getting the extra insurance coverage that included getting the “fabric protection”. OK sofa was delivered and a third party company was to come and apply the chemical to protect the sofa from stains and such. I waited and waited nothing I contacted Leon’s to find out info NOTHING. I went into the store and questioned there sales manager he explained the company that did that sort of work was delayed. Again I waited , finally I was contacted and was informed that the sofa could NOT BE TREATED due to the type of fabric used would in fact react to the chemical and be destroyed. NO ONE AT LEONS KNEW ABOUT THIS FACT. WOW AMAZING that they didn’t even know about what they are selling. VERY POOR SERVICE AND THEY HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER NOT THAT THEY CARE. SHAME

Worst service ever, received a wobbly sofa and was asked to bring in the legs so they can give me new legs. Brought the new legs home and tried them on the sofa they were still wobbly. So I asked for a whole new sofa and they just brought it and did not assemble it for me or even take the plastic with them. Worst place ever to purchase furniture!!!
