“I had a problem with a area rug I purchased, our sales rep Renee Noel (good rep) put us in contact with Debra the service manager... just like that the problem was solved. Hats off to Leons and the great staff. Well done. Gerry Allard”

“We went to change the sofas’ color that we chose a week ago. Our agent was not in duty so Ali on the front desk and his colleague were willing to help us and they did a great job. We really appreciate it. We always have had a good service at Leon’s Ottawa.”

“I went to Leon’s to purchase a few items for my home, the staff at the McLaughlin location was very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating making myself and my daughter felt very welcoming. A huge huge thank you to Veronica the store Manager, Megha the store customer service representative and Ramanjot. These there ladies are excellent and I highly recommend stopping by the store and requesting one of these ladies to assist you with any purchase big or small. Excellent customer service ladies. Kenisha Ellis”

“Bought a couch and reclining chair at the Regent location, my sales person Mohammed Rahmen explained to me everything I needed to know in good detail. He got all the paper work and everything done quickly and I wasn't pressured or rush, good salesman. Wouldn't definitely come back in the future here as I am looking for a coffee table.”

“My wife and I were browsing the Leons store in Vaughan(by Vaughan Mills). We were approached by Garima(Leons Sales representative). We never felt any type of pressure, in fact we found Garima very helpful in our search of a sofa. We were so pleased and satisfied and ended up buying 2 sofa sets. My wife and I highly recommend Garima to help with your furniture purchase.”

“My husband, son and I were in Leons Ottawa yesterday and were helped by a salesperson called Michelle. It was a great experience! She really helped us think things through (space, comfort, etc) and genuinely cared about us and wanted to help us find the best options. We ended up buying a mattress and sofas with no stress at all. Settling payment etc. was handled with great patience from Michelle and the reception team. Everyone was happy 😃. This is not the first time we bought at Leons we are repeat customers and everytime we leave feeling great (even if we come to just look). Thank you so much Michelle and Leons Team!!”

“I bought all my appliances at Leon’s, my dishwasher has not been working properly. Never cleans my dishes, I would not recommend this dishwasher. It’s been wasting water in electricity. I don’t know what is wrong.”

“Excellent service !!! Alex is such a great sales person.. so bad he is only on the weekends . He literally helped me with everything + he didn’t let me carry anything , he lifted the ottoman I liked it and brought it in my car . We need more people like him for customer service !!”

“Way to go Leons! Outstanding Service! I am extremely happy and grateful to the following, Windsor Leons' salesperson Terry and manager Ali H., and Brantford sales manager Amanda. I cannot say enough good things about Terry and Amanda who went out of their way to help us get 2 beautiful leather chairs. I have been looking for quite some time. Terry even picked it up for us in Brantford! His manager, Ali, was also very kind in helping us. Thank You!!! Christmas came early!”

“Just purchased a new Tempur Pedic bed package. Ruddy Campbell, Leon’s sales advisor was extremely helpful and so knowledgeable. Ruddy assessed our needs based on health and sleep habits and recommend the best option for us. My husband has multiple health issues that require us to go the extra. Ruddy, thank you so much for all your help. I highly recommend seeing Ruddy at Leon’s 💖 He is the best!”
