“Furniture was fine until we had it delivered by their “recommended” 3rd party delivery. First they showed up alone, not sure how he was going to handle a couch by himself. Dropped my unit and broke one of the back panels. And then, he didn’t know how to remove the back rest from the seats, totally useless and not worth the 80 bucks. Whatever you do, don’t use this service that they offer.”

“I order a sectional cost almost 5000.00 it was supposed to be delivered in 12 to 14 weeks. It’s now 18 weeks and costumer service would not return my emails. The salesman keep promising dates. But no delivery. They have my money over 18 weeks never again would I shop there. I spend over 15000.00 in the past 3 yr. next promise is may 18th 2021. No delivery I will be asking for a refund with interest Michael Rogers”
